Training platform that replaces compliance videos and role-play workshops with a fully simulated workplace. Learners walk a 2D virtual office and hold open-ended conversations with a cast of AI coworkers, stakeholders, and adversaries. Each one has a personality of its own, the gatekeeper, the devil's advocate, the burned-out operator, the politician, with its own communication style, a hidden agenda, and the specific behaviors that make it lose trust. Mishandle a colleague and their cooperation visibly drops. Take a side in a group meeting and the others respond in kind. Conversations run by text or by voice, built so the characters stay in role from the first line to the last.
Each conversation is graded along four dimensions: technical skills, business acumen, soft skills, and cultural fit, scored scenario by scenario and rolled into one weighted assessment. Every dimension is tied to the customer's own competency framework (STAR, SCQA, the company's leadership rubric, a regulator's behavioral standard), so the platform grades in the language the business already uses, not a generic AI scale. And each finding is anchored to the exact moment that triggered it, in chat, audio, or video, so reviewers see the evidence, not just the rating.
